Eeep! Ok, so mine's a lot less creative.

Tony is trying to talk Gibbs into getting a dog to share.

Doggy Dilemma

“Come on, Jethro. They’re cute,” Tony said, gesturing to the dogs in the room of the Humane Society.

“So?” Gibbs replied, arching a brow.

“We can share him. Kind of like a kid.”

Gibbs could feel his expression turning more annoyed. He understood what Tony was saying and where he was coming from, but DiNozzo hadn’t thought it through.

“We gonna leave him outside in the snow?” Gibbs asked. “What about when we’re at the Navy Yard for days on end? Who’ll let him out? Who’ll pet him?”

Tony frowned, deep in thought, his gaze on the animals before him. When he turned to Gibbs, he had a gentle, hopeful smile on his face. “Animals are good for the elderly. Does your dad like dogs? We can give him custody and visit often.”

Gibbs threw his head back and laughed. Tony had a way of working through a problem.

"Which one?" he asked, knowing he was beaten.

D'aww!!! Perfect solution! Way to go, Tony, I'm proud of you! :)

(Besides, this is all just a ruse so they can go visit Jack more often! Sneaky Tony is sneaky. I approve.)

Sooo...which one did they choose? :)
