Tell me a story I haven’t written, and I will give you 1-3 sentences from or about it. Or, knowing me, a few paragraphs, a page, or a promise of a much longer fic Lol!

This is an interesting thingie...I like the idea. :)
AU. Gibbs is immortal (maybe Vampire, but something that can be passed along) and has lived millenia already. He is in love with the same soul, born and dying over and over before Gibbs can save him. It's wearing on him and he has nearly given up. One ordinary day, he sees that long-lost soul in the eyes of one Anthony DiNozzo.
Any setting/timeline you like. :)

You're Mine
He’d gotten a coffee before starting his shift at the club he owned, a place for paranormals just like him. His usual coffee place was closed, some sort of power outage, and they’d suggested a place down the block, a mom and pop place rather than a chain. Gibbs hated chain establishments. Chains were good for only one thing, in his opinion.
As usual, he’d looked around before getting in line, identifying all entries and exits, checking out the patrons, the staff. Nothing had seemed out of place, yet nothing had screamed extraordinary either. Though Gibbs had felt the prickling at the back of his neck, signaling something exciting, but not dangerous, was about to happen.
He’d ordered his coffee—strong, black—and leaned against a pillar, waiting. Something had aroused his senses, and though he hadn’t known what exactly, he’d let his eyes continue to sweep over the room.
Then he’d seen it, the bathroom door opening, the man walking out. And Gibbs’ chest had seized up tight, the entire world narrowing to the man approaching with a little swagger.
“Hey, Janine, my usual, heavy on the hazelnut creamer,” he’d said, his voice rich and warm. Gibbs had shivered, his entire body coming to life. A life Gibbs hadn’t thought was attainable again. After millennia alive, very little moved him, but finding his soul mate—finally—had been enough to revitalize him.
He hadn’t trusted his voice, had just slipped his card into the man’s back pocket, patting his ass, had taken his coffee, and had left. He hadn’t even turned back to see if the man was looking at him—though Gibbs had felt his eyes on his back as Gibbs had retreated.
He’d headed right to the club, and had told his assistants that if the man with green eyes approached, to let him right in. Barely resisting the urge to pace, he’d sat at the bar, sipping his coffee, calling upon centuries of patience.
And twenty minutes—or a lifetime later—Gibbs felt that prickle again, the tingle as his nerve endings came to life. He watched silently as the man approached.
“Why do I know you?” he asked quietly, meeting Gibbs’ eyes and not looking away, even when Gibbs allowed his desire to flare deep.
“Because you’re mine,” Gibbs said simply.
