Fic... hmm. Jackson is ill and Tony insists he accompany Jethro to Stillwater to care for him.

Gibbs had been quietly worrying about that since childhood. Too many grandfathers of kids in his town had died of lung illnesses, and even though his father had given up the mines for the store earlier than most, he was always worried about his father’s lung capacity.
And this bout of pneumonia sounded bad. His father had been admitted to the hospital for a few days, and they were only letting him go home if he had someone to look after him. Gibbs had agreed to take a week of time off work, but he never expected that Tony would want to come along.
“They might find out,” Gibbs said for what had to be the tenth time.
“No they won’t,” Tony insisted. Gibbs knew DiNozzo didn’t really care what the team thought. Vance knew about them and that was all that mattered, he’d said. Repeatedly.
“You’re like a prickly pear,” Tony insisted. “I’ve got the beside manner. You’re more Doctor Frankenstein. Did you see the original movie, directed by—OW! Sorry, Boss.”
Gibbs shook his head, sighing.
“Anyway, Vance approved my leave, and all I need is for you to okay it too and I can help you out with your dad. The store needs to be looked over, and I don’t know how to place orders, and I can sit with him and play cards while you work and—”
Gibbs hated to admit it, but Tony was right.
“Fine,” he said, sighing. “Pack a bag.”
Tony shot him a grin that made Gibbs melt. “Already in the trunk!”
