Hi *waves excitedly*

I am still alive and doing well :) My husband almost finalized the process of buying a house. Very exciting times on a personal level. I was also able to meet with some folks from the fandom back in Feb. when a group descended on DC. It was great to see old friends again and meet new ones in the flesh, some of whom (like Xanthe) I'd been reading for years and years.

I am still writing at a good clip, focusing on the commissioned/charity fics in the fandom. A very long one is my primary focus right now and I hope to have that finished in a month or less, but so much depends on other factors. I have several other commissioned stories in various stages, from brainstorming, to initial writing, to banging out plot ideas. I'm generally very excited about these stories and I'm so thankful for the wonderful prompts from the commissioners :) I'm going to try to avoid posting any of these as WIP, so I may go a bit quiet at times, but I am still (and always) around :)

Thanks for reading this post, and my stories :)

DC was such fun wasn't it, I really enjoyed the very long weekend and hope we can do it again sometime! Congrats on the house situation, I hope it all goes smoothly...I hate moving house but it is so nice once you get settled in a new place and are happy there!
Glad the writing is going well, I miss your stories when you're not posting but as least I know you are actually writing, it always means something to look forward to :)

Dc was absolutely brilliant :) I'm so glad the house situation is working out. I hate moving, but I hate the uncertainty of renting even more. I'm writing a minimum of 20,000 words a month, this one is just a monster ;)
