1. What's your biggest accomplishment in life?
I saved a man’s life, with CPR. I think that’s the biggest accomplishment. For about 10 years afterward we met every year on the anniversary, but then we lost touch. I’m also physically stopped two suicides…so…I guess that?
2. What's your biggest regret in life?
Not believing in myself, my potential. This applies to professional and personal. I didn’t have the confidence in my writing to go past the level I’d been at (a finalist in a Harlequin contest 20 yrs ago). And personally, for not going for a future with the one who got away.
I also lost my BFF to murder. I was supposed to be with her on the day she was murdered and I didn't go with her on an errand. I've often wondered if two girls rather than one being there would have stopped her murder.
3. What makes you cry? (can be happy tears!)
Sad tears? The boys I lost. Kevin and the way he died.
Happy tears? The expression of love on my dad’s face in one of the few pictures I have of us together.
4. What's your fondest childhood memory?
My dad and I would go to an amusement park every year. It was THE event of my summer. I have this perfect memory of us playing ski ball and an Elton John song playing and just loving the little moments where I could be a kid in a very hard world.
5. Which languages do you speak?
English, smattering of French.
6. Which languages would you like to be able to speak?
Spanish, German.
7. So, you just won the ridiculous amount of 100 million dollars in the lottery. What would you do with the money?
Charity.
Setting up my family, especially cousins/nephew.
Buying a place on a river/lake.
Buying another home as a creative retreat
Retire from work/write for fun.
8. What's your favorite food? (Can be comfort food or something you rarely indulge in but have orgasms just thinking about...)
I’m a lobster girl ;)
9. Sneakers or high heels?
*snicker* Sneakers! Not balanced enough for highs!
10. Early bird or night owl?
BOTH! Ah the life of an insomniac. The 11a-4p hours are my worst.
11. Tell me one guilty pleasure of yours!
You Tubing videos of musicians I used to work with. Sometimes I see/hear (more often hear LOL) myself on the concert clips.
And a bonus. BPAL perfume. I blame HAWK!

1. What is one thing you would change about yourself if you could do it instantly (but don't want to work at)?
I have to say weight. I kind of don’t want to work out any more ;)
2. Why did you pick your current profession?
Just fell into it actually but it is a great fit!
3. What is your favorite way to unwind?
Reading in bed.
4. Who is one person who changed the way you think? (whether about current events, family, traditions...)
My soulmate, R. He was the first man to romantically love the woman he saw inside. He showed me so much about me and my potential and those lessons live on.
5. Are you more traditional or do you just go with the flow?
Depends on circumstances ;) I used to be a bit more Type A but I’m trying to mellow.
6. Favorite domesticated animal?
KITTEHS!!!
7. Safari or 4 star resort?
Combo? ;)
8. Is there anything from your school days that you'd like to relive just so you could change the outcome or how you handled it?
Yes! A friend was shot at point blank range in our cafeteria garden, and there had been something *off* about the shooter all day. A friend and I, the closest witnesses to the shooting, both had been unsettled about the shooter all day, but hadn’t known why. If we’d said something, maybe the person shot wouldn’t have gone through such hell. BTW, after being shot with a .22 pressed almost against his head, he survived, which was a miracle.
9. Is there one person who has too much influence in your life?
Yep. My mom is a very toxic individual and she crushes my spirit, and yep, completely my fault for letting her.
10.Where is your favorite place on earth?
In my love’s arms.
Okay, less sappy? Sydney Circular Quay, oyster bar.
11.Who do you resemble?
My father. My uncle. And yes, *sigh* my mom.
