writing update and...well update

Between Cinders, Dh's surgery, my PT and a nasty cold/virus thingie, I haven't written a word this last week. I'm starting to feel more human (THANK GOD) Dh is doing well, and Kit is (sadly for us, happy for Panda) back home now.

In Texas, getting blown away by the wind! They should make a new version of Gone With the Wind! and I think it took my muse with it! I just can't get the last part of my chapter finished for anything!!
And I will keep praying for you and yours to have comfort in body and soul.

It's still early in the year - you'll catch up in no time. Today is beautiful here at the moment with bright blue skies but apparently we're supposed to get a hail storm later today so no workers tearing the siding off. Just the little old man that is digging out all the bamboo for us to uncover the waterfall and stream that lead into the koi pond in the yard. We discovered fish are still alive so that's become a bigger priority. Quite a surprise, too. The house had been vacant for about 18 months before the kids bought it.
