Hi!

Hi! I'm Bree and half of the SIlver Fox Files writing team. I figured I might as well get my own journal , since I tend to write solo as well as with a writing partner, the loverly and fantabulous Angela, my fic pusher since '99.

Here are the basics about me. I'm mid-thirties, married, step-kids but they live thousands of miles away, a fiction editor by day and writer by night. I love to read urban fantasy, political thrillers, and erotic romance, and am completely addicted to hot men with guns ;)

Ange and I have been writing together for almost ten years. Wow!  We've played in a few different sandboxes but have really hit our stride with our most recent experiement,  a hybrid of NCIS and CSI:NYith a little CSI:Miami tossed in for flavor.

We have about thirty stories of various lengths in something we're calling the Firestorms Universe that traces Mac Taylor and Jethro Gibbs' on and off twenty-five year relationship. Yep, we love AUs! In fact, come to think of it, we rarely write anything that completely complies with canon rules, though we have 1000% respect for cannon!

We also have a dozen or more stories, mostly in the NCIS-verse that we'll be gradually posting and I wanted to say a quick hello while I wait for chapters to be returned to me.

Since I'm an insomniac who works from home, poor Angela often has to deal with my complaints that she isn't returning fic soon enough. i'd put her up for sainthood but when you read how hot that woman writes...well, let me just say this. She's got the holiday chalet next to mine in the gutter.

Please, someone else tell me you see the potential of Mac Taylor with Jethro Gibbs. We kind of fell into this pairing and we love it. Our Au Taylor and Gibbs are a blast to write!
