This is disgusting. It's not up to Paypal to censor the rest of us - when did it become THEIR job? Also, just because incest or child sex are illegal, doesn't mean they shouldn't be written about in fiction. Does this mean books like The Lovely Bones should be banned because a child rapist murders his victim and she tells her story? I don't get it - this is a slippery slope to censorship. The whole point about freedom of speech is that people have the right to say things you disagree with or don't like. And YOU have the right to come back and disagree. If someone writes an objectionable book, you can leave a comment saying you found it vile. That's how freedom of speech works. It's not a threat - it's the cornerstone to our society.
