I think you need a holiday after all that or at the very least a relaxing spa treatment. Hope you get better from the flu asap, your new nephew is well, your SIL is fine after all the stress of pregnancy and birth, hope your hubby reaches surgery without anymore mishaps in between; and you give your crazy brother sermon from me for driving so fast and send pics from his mobile at the same time.
