I've noticed a lessening of replies--would it help if I did a weekend catch-up post? I may try that tomorrow and see :) (ETA: Weekend post is added :)

Okay!! All I have left are bonuses, which I'll be doing gradually in their own posts, so I'm opening up a mini August meme. This (and early Sept.) should be my last crazy times--no more trips for several months after my very next trip--thank GOD.

A few rules.
I'll write NCIS, It Takes a Thief, Chicago Hope, light crossovers with various shows/book series (send me a PM or just prompt and I'll yea or nay ya).
No rape fic, no child abuse, no promptor insertion fics, no overt physical/emotional abuse by hero character. No sequels to other people's stories. No sneak peeks of commissioned fics. No duplicate or very similar prompts. No characters having sexual and/or romantic bonds with anyone under 18. No RPF/RPS. No obviously OOC characters.
Please make sure prompts are simple and easy to meet in a few hundred words. If your prompt is a paragraph or more longer, or has many plot points, it isn't likely to be able to be met in this format.
Het, gen, slash prompts welcome. AU, paranormal welcome. Just please no Tony/Ziva or Gibbs/Jenny. These aren't pairings I'm able to write. Please no wildly OOC prompts. No pregnancy or MPREG prompts, no crossdressing.
If a prompt isn't working for me and/or blocks me, I reserve the right to ask you for a substitute prompt.

Gibbs just stood there, DiNozzo’s voice fading away, the night still and quiet. Too quiet—the kid could be in danger. What if his handlers had been followed?
“Inside,” Gibbs said, his voice curt. The man walked in, and Gibbs scooped up a small backpack that had been left at his side, most probably a change of clothes—at least Gibbs hoped so—toiletries, any medications.
Looked as if he had a new…
New what?
Servant seemed very nineteenth century. Submissive seemed too sexual. Slave…not in a million years.
Gibbs closed the door behind the man, running a hand through his hair.
“This your idea, kid?”
DiNozzo stayed silent, his gaze downward, and Gibbs tamped down his irritation. “Rules. You can speak freely right now. We’ll figure out limits and all that crap. Look at me. Tell me what you need. Can’t be good at this without some knowledge.”
This wasn’t like Elizabeth—where they’d worked out a contract. Gibbs was going into this blind. And he couldn’t do that—he needed to work out some limits first and foremost.
“You can talk,” he encouraged, breath stuttering in his chest at the emerald eyes looking into his—the intelligent gaze meeting his.
“Dad and I agreed,” DiNozzo said. He had a rich voice, warm, and Gibbs saw a little of his spirit flickering there. “Like he said, we screwed up. Together. I need a safe place and he trusts you, sir.” He sighed. “I really need a safe place, sir.”
“You don’t need to—”
“I do! If this is going to work, I have to be authentic, as a servant, or a sub, or more. Sir, I can dish out whatever you have to offer.” He gave Gibbs a long up and down look, a little smirk on his face, which disappeared all too quickly.
“Right.” What DiNozzo said made sense, and it was clear he’d put some thought into it. Unlike Gibbs, who’d had this sprung on him. “What are you looking for?”
“Safety.” DiNozzo looked up and away. “I’m bisexual, sir. I know you are too.”
“That so?” Gibbs was impressed—DiNozzo Senior had done his homework. Gibbs hadn’t been with another man in a long time.
“I’m willing to do whatever you need, hard labor or…other pursuits.” A little flush colored his cheeks and he stared at the ground. “You’re in law enforcement, and my father knows my type. He thought we’d be a…good match. He thought I’d please you.”
“That so?” Gibbs repeated, his mind whirring. “Safe word, boy. And limits.”
“Ishouldn’t get—”
“Ya do,” Gibbs confirmed. He reached over to the end table, grabbing some paper and a pen. “Write it out.”
“Can’t.” DiNozzo shrugged, and Gibbs remembered he was bound.
“Where’s the key?”
“Pants pocket, sir.”
Gibbs reached into the younger man’s pocket, fingers brushing over a semi-hard cock. No underwear—but he hadn’t expected any. He fished out the key and unlocked the chain binding the man’s expensive leather cuffs. DiNozzo shrugged his shoulders, flexing his hands.
“Write out limits, safeword. Any allergies or things you hate to eat or drink Anything you don’t like sexually. Sign and date it today.”
“Sir, I don’t need a contract. I’m yours for the next three years. Dad and I discussed and I agree to all the terms.”
“That’s why I need one,” Gibbs explained quietly. “We establish this as equals. If ya wanna spend the next thirty-six months in subspace, ya do that, but we get this established man to man.” Gibbs couldn’t resist the urge to touch and he squeezed the other man’s neck, trying to ignore the desire that arrowed through him. DiNozzo sounded as if he was stifling a groan, and Gibbs’ body echoed it, the need and desire thrumming between them.
He handed DiNozzo the pen and went into the kitchen. As he cracked a beer, he watched the other man studiously writing.
Gibbs flipped open his cell phone, dialing DiNozzo Senior. “Package arrived,” he said when the other man answered. “Sealing the deal now. Think I’m gonna enjoy him.”
That was a hell of an understatement.

Six Days Plus
Gibbs had been whisked into an ambulance, manacle still on his ankle. Tony and McGee together had managed to break the chain, though Tony’s mind was whirling and he wasn’t sure what had finally done it.
Gibbs was safe—he was alive.
He’d be okay.
They got the manacle off at the hospital, pumped fluids and antibiotics into Gibbs through an IV, stitched up a few nasty-looking stab wounds that Gibbs insisted weren’t much more than scratches. He’d been in the hospital overnight.
Tony’d left him in the care of Abby and Ducky—there’d been reports to be written, a body for Palmer to examine. Gibbs’d gotten the bastard and they hadn’t noticed in the heat of the moment.
Gibbs always got his man.
It was twenty two hundred when Tony freed up and went back to Bethesda. He’d expected Gibbs to be asleep, but his friend—his lover—was sitting up in bed, looking irritated and in some pain.
Though Tony wouldn’t acknowledge it and Gibbs wouldn’t give it voice.
“You okay?” Tony asked quietly. He was exhausted—he hadn’t slept more than twenty minutes at a time since Gibbs’d gone missing.
“Thanks to you.”
Gibbs wasn’t a man whole doled out praise, and Tony took a moment, allowing Gibbs’ words to wash over him, drinking in the sight of his lover—bruised, beaten, but healing.
“I’m so glad—” Tony started and then cut himself off, his voice wavering, the stress and strain of the last six days crashing down on him. There had been too much stress, too long with little sleep, minimal food.
“Me too. C’mere.”
Tony’s knees were shaking by the time he got to the bed. Gibbs shifted over slowly, motioning for Tony to lie down next to him. It’d be a tight squeeze, and Tony gave him a questioning look.
“Need you,” Gibbs admitted, eyes struggling to stay open. “Need to sleep. Can’t…” He trailed off, but Tony understood.
And as he cuddled up against Gibbs, breathing in the other man’s scent, drinking in the feel of Gibbs warm and vital and alive next to him, those six days plus evaporated. They’d be there in the morning, but right now Tony was gonna savor every moment with Gibbs.
